Quick introduction to Io

I used the following introduction to get myself familiar with Io: http://www.iolanguage.com/scm/git/checkout/Io/docs/IoGuide.html#Syntax-Expressions.

The text is not very descriptive and seems just to cover the basic functionalities but if you already know a programming language, you should succeed with this text.
